Mature employees are registered on the Lightning Protection NVQ upon entering the industry and are continually encouraged to actively work towards prompt achievement of the award.

To insure as far as it is possible that no part of the roof network is more than 5m from a horizontal conductor.

Down Conductors
Structures over 20m high shall have a down conductor every 10 mins around the perimeter.

Earth Terminations
Shall not exceed a combined resistance of 10 ohms.
